   ETHICS ARE PRINCIPLES AND VALUE AN INDIVIDUAL USES TOGOVERN THE ACTIVITIES AND DECISION OF AN ORGANIZATION, A CODE OF ETHICS IS A SET OF PRINCIPLES THAT GUIDE THE OEGANIZATION IN ITS PROGRAMS, POLICIES AND DECISIONS.ETHICS, CODE OF ETHICS IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE THAT IT CAN’T BE IGNOREDIN AN ORGANIZATION, BEING LEADERS, WORKERS AS FAR YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE OF THE ORGANIZATION, JUST AS THE PROVERBIAL SAYING, “IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE”. 

     I STARTED WORKING IN YONGXING STEEL COMPANY INTHE YEAR 2017 IN AUGUST. I REMEMBER THE FIRST TRAING I HAD WAS TO SPELL OUT THE CODE OF ETHICS USED IN GOVERNING THIS GREAT ESTABLISHMENT, AND SINCE THEN I WROTE THEM IN MY HEART, AND A BIG THANKS TO OUR INSTRUCTOR MR DOUGLAS CASSIDY. WE WILL LOOK AT THREE MAJOR ETHICS THAT SHOUD BE ABREAST WITHIN AN ORGANIZATION.

    LEADERSHIP ETHICS

    THE ETHICST THAT LEADERS IN AN ORGANIZATION USE TO MANAGE EMPLOYEE MAY HAVE AN EFFECT ON THE MORALE AND LOYALTY OF WORKERS THE CODE OF ETHICS LEADERS USE DETERMINES DISCIPLINE PROCEDURES AND THE ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR OF ALL WORKERS WHEN LEADERS HAVE HIGH ETHICS STANDARD, IT ENCOURAGES WORKERS IN THE ORGANIZATION. ETHICS LEADERSHIP ASLO ENHANCE THE COMPANY REPUTATION. IN THE FINANCIAL MARKET AND THE SOCIETY. A SOLID REPUTATION FOR ETHICS AND INTERGRITY WILL SURELY IMPROVE ANY WORKED HERE IN YONGXING STEEL COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A COMPANY THAT HAS SOLID REPUTATION FOR ETHICS AND INTERGRITY LIKE YONGXING STEEL COMPANY WHICH HAS NO DOUBT ENHANCE THIER REPUTATION IN THE FINANCIAL MARKET AND COMMUNITY.

    EMPLOYEE ETHICS

    ETHICS BEHAVIOUR AMONG EMPLOYEES IN AN ORGAINZATION ENSURES THAT EMPLOYEES COMPLETE WORK WITH HONESTY AND INTERGRITY. EMPLOYEES WHO USE ETHICS TO GUIDE THIER BEHAVIOUR ADHERE TO EMPLOYEES POLICIES AND RULES WHILE STRIVING TO MET THE GOALS OF THE ORGANIZATION. ETHICS EMPLOYEES ALSO MEET STANDARD FOR QUALITY IN WORK WHICH CAN ENHANCE THE COMPANY REPUTATION AND PRODUCTIVITY.

    ETHICAL  ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

    THE LEADERS AND EMPLOYEES ADHERING TO CODE OF ETHICS CREATE AN ETHICAL ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE. THE LEADERS OF AN ORGANIZATION IS EXPECTED TO CREATE AN ETHICAL CULTURE BY EXHIBITING THE TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR  THEY WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN EMPLOYEES.  THE ORGAINZATION CAN REINFORCE ETHICAL BEHAVIOUR BY REWARDING EMPLOYEES WHO EXHIBIT THE VALUES AND INTERGRITY THAT CONCIDES WITH THE COMPANY CODE OF ETHICS AND DISCIPLINE THOSE MAKE WRONG CHOICES WHICH I MUST GIVE KUDOS TO YONGXING STEEL COMPANY FOR THIER MANAGERIAL ABILITY IN THIS REGARD.
