WHAT IT MEANS TO BE COMMITTED TO OUR JOB.

       My name is Mrs Faith. O. Femi, with i.d number 1879, Human Resource Assistant, i want to write briefly on the topic “what it means to be committed to your job”. 

     Most people think working is all about making money, but there is something more important than making of money, and that is the legacy left behind and your commitment to your job, have you ask yourself this question, “Am i really committed to my job”? this is the question you and i should be asking ourselves.Your boss wants an employee who feel passionate about his/her job and what they’re doing, because “No business firm can survive for long unless employee have a personal investment in its success”. Committed employees do whatever it takes to excel, even if it means taking on extra tasks, or staying beyond their allotted schedule. Yongxing steel company is a firm that need more of your committed in that workplace of yours with or without the supervision of your Chinese masters/leaders. The basic of it all is that we should be able to be open mindedness when we are at our place of duty. Being open-minded means you have a willingness to listen to other ideas and opinions and consider the possibility that you are wrong or may change your own perspective. For the betterment of our company expansion and growth let us be committed to our job............FEMFAITH
