UNDERSTANDING THE TIME

Time is of utmost important in the achievement of whatsoever goal or goals that are set to be achieved. But understanding the time will facilitate the achie-vement of those goals as it will enable you to effectively prioritize your goals, do appropriate scheduling and delegations so that those of most important and urgency will be attended to first before those of less important and urgent.

 In the Bible book of Ecclesiastes we are made to understand that to everyt hing, there is a season; a time for everything under the earth. In the same vein,  to every activity within the organization, there is also time and season. Therefore, it will be of great important to every employee to strive to understand the set times for all activities and work inline with them so that organizational and personal goals can be achieved within the stipulated time and without conflicting with each other.

 According to the online dictionary, time is a particular moment or hour, the appropriate moment or hour for something. So, all employees of the Nigeria Yongxing Steel Company Limited must appreciate the fact that there are particular moments or hours for work, pleasure and rest, and should not be misused.
