    “Workplace Stress” simply means the harmful physical and emotional responses that can happen where there is a conflict between job demands on the employee and the amount of control an employee has over meeting these demands.
    However, some of the causes of stress in work place are; excessively high work loads, with unrealistic deadlines making people feel rushed, under pressure and overwhelmed, insufficient work loads, making people feel that their skills are being underused, and a lack of control over work activities. Whenever, someone is stressed-up, he or she is tired, there seems to be headaches, muscular tension, the heart beats too quickly and irregularly, sleeping difficulties, stomach ulcer, and skin diseases. 
    Hence, you can manage stress in your work place using the following tips, always ask your leaders/monitors if you are doing well in your job, always breath deeply by finding a quiet place to rest during your break time and after work time; Eat at the right time, Exercise all the time which will help burn off some of that anxiety and will help you sleep better, you can as well listen to music when you are off-duty, to relax your mind and muscles.
    Therefore, it is very important we manage our stress, in order to promote our health and increase our daily work output and productivity. Don’t forget to obey company's laws both production and safety laws. For your happiness. Yongxing steel is our HOME, safety comes first.
