MY JOB EXPERIENCE

  Are you really sure you want to work? Is one of the biggest question you need to asked your self before applying for a job here in Yongxing Steel Company. Echoes by one tall and great man called “Mr. SCOTT” although he is not here in the company but he was the genesis of my enrollment into “YONGXING STEEL COMPANY”　on the 17th February 2015, as a scrap sorter with i.d number NG-2357.
    Scrap department was one of the most difficult department, i sorted scrap for 2months separating cast from sealed pipe and some other stocks of iron, after 2months i was asked to go and learn “Crane driving” after 2weeks i was able to handle the crane and i was given one of the crane machine as a crane operator. Crane work is one of the most “valuable position in scrap yard and also a well calculated position”, where any mistake made would cost you a fine and could also kill a soul. I worked as a crane operator for complete 1year, on 23th January 2016, i was asked by the crane master to come down from the crane as an crane operator to become the “crane leader of my team”.
    Leadership role in Yongxing is a beautiful position where you no longer work with your “Physical Power but with your Mental Power”. Directing and controlling work and human effort, making sure that all forms of work goes well every day with POSITIVE RESULTS.
    Yongxing Steel Company is located at Ogua Community, by-pass road, Benin City, Edo State, this company has really blessed so many lives and saving young boys from criminal acts because of the job creation. I thank GOD that this company came to Benin and i also thank GOD that i am a proud “ YONGXING STAFF”. If you have not gotten any experience before, try and have one because it makes you who you really are……
