HIgh Speed Wire Rod March

Editor's note : HSWR refers to the acronym of “High Speed Wire Rod”, a specific kind of wire rod manufactured through high speed untwist wire rod mill and mainly applied to reinforcements of ferroconcretes and welding structures in construction.
The project of setting up HSWR production line, approved by Nigeria Yongxing Steel Co., Ltd, was initially based on adequate early–stage researching and preparation, and was officially launched in March of this year with the endeavors of numerous staffs. Their efforts were embodied in lots of aspects, such as the designing and construction of the plant, subscription and purchase of HSWR infrastructures, and the installation of the corollary equipment of rolling mills and wire-feeding machines, Hydraulic lubricating systems, industrial water conduits and electrical circuits. So far, the whole production line was basically taking shape and correspondent installation work nearly came to an end after near three-month efforts of two teams, the whole staffs in infrastructure department and HSWR installation personnel. 
With the accomplishment of plant’s module installation and the coming into service of production line, Nigeria Yongxing Steel Co., Ltd, in the future, will meet a new challenge and make a great breakthrough on the road to achieve product diversity.
